Data Access

ICPAC has no mandate to share the country station data with a third party. Those wishing to use weather and climate records and have forwarded their data request to the Director are directed to the regional NMHSs to serve their data requirements. However, open source datasets are freely available

Open Source datasets

• Gridded datasets. Download the dataset here.
  • East Africa Member Countries (EAC)
  • IGAD member countries including Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi

Non Open source datasets

• Land based observations. Data accessibility.
